As each Lainey Foster photographic print is custom made for every order, all purchases of photographic prints are final and we do not accept returns. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the issue. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.
